Good quality. Very poor instructions provided. Luckily, I had a skilled handy person assisting. Also, some of the buttons to cover the unused holes broke as they were not high quality. Instructions need to be upgraded. instead of individual instructions in each box, an overall instruction booklet would have been helpful with step by step descriptions. These instructions were mostly multiple pictures for each step depending on the model you purchased and was not very clear. Overall quality would have made this 5 stars but poor instructions dropped it 1 star.

It took awhile to come, but worth the wait. We wanted white and it was bskordeted. The delivery was very professional and convenient. The assembly was much less difficult than I had imagined. Although there are extra pieces... very sturdy. Looks fantastic. The trundle rolls easily in the carpet in different directions and holds its shape. The shelf for the bunk could be deeper, but we are glad to have a place for a water. The books tend the slip off. We are very pleased with the product. Now, we just can’t wait to host visitors....
