Changes, Cancellations & ReturnsORDER CHANGES
Orders may be changed within 24 hours by writing to email@example.com. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation email in return, acknowledging your change request.
If the shipping address provided on the order is requested to be changed for any reason after items have shipped, re-routing fees and/or administrative fees may apply. It may not be possible to change a delivery address once items have shipped.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation email in return, acknowledging your request and authorizing order cancellation. If items have already shipped, Maxtrix will make best efforts to cancel the shipment, but cancelling shipments is not always possible. Costs associated with returning canceled orders and shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Authorized returns of new, unused and undamaged items are accepted within 30 days. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com for a return shipment authorization and delivery details to our warehouse.
Maxtrix cannot accept unauthorized return shipments. Returned items must be shipped via the same freight carrier & service by which they were delivered. (Most furniture items cannot be shipped via UPS ground, FedEx Ground or USPS.) Original packaging is preferred but if that is no longer available, please ensure that the item is packaged properly to prevent damage during return freight transit.
On the return shipping label/Bill of Lading, please indicate the provided return authorization number. Maxtrix does not bear the cost of return shipments.
Upon receipt of returned items in good, undamaged, re-sellable condition; a refund will be issued within 30 days.
All SALE items are Final. Sale items may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
