Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Please Note: Orders which have been shipped cannot be changed, cancelled or price matched. Changes include but are not limited to: item color, item size, shipping address, etc. Flash sales and any orders that have shipped are not eligible for price matching.

Orders can be changed within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note: orders which are being picked or have shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return. Any changes to address while orders are in transit may incur administrative or rerouting fees. To initiate a change, please complete the Order Change Request Form.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Please Note: orders that are being picked or have shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return. Costs associated with returning canceled orders and shipments will be the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a cancellation, please complete the Cancellation Request Form.


Returns of new, unassembled, unused and undamaged items will be accepted within 30 days of delivery receipt. To initiate a return, please complete the Return Request Form.

Returned items must be shipped at the expense of the customer via the same carrier and service by which they were delivered. Original packaging is preferred, but in the event it is no longer available, please ensure items are packaged properly to prevent damage during return transit. 

Once we receive your return and ensure that they are in good shape, we will issue refund minus the cost of return delivery, plus a 20% restocking fee.


Mattresses are final sale. All SALE items are final. Sale items and mattresses may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Sale or markdown products may use or include previous versions of Maxtrix components & items. System fit are guaranteed as will all Maxtrix products; but slight variations in style or function may exist.
