"One of the side frame pieces had a broken slat. It delayed setting up the bed and getting in touch with the company wasn’t easy. They did end up delivering a new piece. The final product seems sturdy and good quality."

Details
We combined a Twin XL up top with Queen bed on the bottom, so you can comfortably sleep different ages and sizes together in one room.
Wider bed size is perfect for taller teens and adults, while stacked design saves valuable floor space.High height = more underbed space. Extra clearance between top and bottom beds prevents bumped heads.
Solid wood ladder with extra wide, grooved steps for safe climbing. Choose front or end placement.
Patented rock lock system connects the beds securely and prevents wiggling. Wooden slats are tested to withstand more than 800 lbs of weight pressure PER bed making it possible to safely accommodate adult couples.
Convert as your needs change - easily separate into individual beds or turn them into lofts. Please note: trundles are not compatible with beds that contain an angled ladder on the front

- Will a twin xl over a queen work for a room with the following dimension or is a mid bunk (twin over full) better? How much headroom would there be with the 8" mattress on both top and bottom for both options? Room size: 10ft, 2in wide, 11ft, 6in long, ceiling height is 8 ft.
