"We 1st made the mistake of buying a similar bed from Lowe’s. The frame broke with very gentle usage. Then we bought this Matrix bed frame- a night and day difference. The Matrix frame is made of real wood, very sturdy, with proper construction, and well designed. My grandchild has been using it for several months and we are all very pleased with the quality. It looks nice too."
"The bed frame is great! Unfortunately our product was involved in a trailer accident during shipping. The shipping company stated that they checked the packages and determined there was no damage. When we put together our frame, there was a noticeable crack in one of the bedposts!! Also, I ordered the wrong size vanity panel, needed the twin and ordered the full size 🤦:female_sign:"
"Bed is solid and good quality. Assembly was easy but instructions did not include the metal bar installation. I reached out to customer service and they emailed instructions for installation. Definitely need the extra support for our tall teen. We’re happy with the bed frame."

"Beautiful, high quality, long lasting. I am so pleased with this bed. After many trial and error with other furniture companies, we finally decided to invest in these beds at Maxtrix. Yes, it’s more costly but I can tell these beautiful beds will last us for years to come! I wish I had saved myself time and headache and just purchased these as soon as my kids transitioned to their big boy beds. I love how we can remove the guard rails down the road for when they are older and love how we have the option to make them into bunk beds later if we so choose. The wood is very sturdy and solid! It’s not one of those woods that is a mixture of cheap wood and made to look like real wood. If you are comparing Maxtrix Kids and Max & Lily like I was, go with Maxtrix Kids!!! We actually purchased from Max & Lily before we finally purchased our Maxtrix Kids beds and Maxtrix Kids blows them out of the water! I cannot recommend them enough and I am so happy with our purchase!"

"Great product and purchasing experience! Customer service was amazing! They helped us customize a bed for my 10 year old daughter so it fit her and her room perfectly. The bed itself is superior quality. Strong and sturdy. We got it in white. The white finish looks great and should last well into the future. Shipping took a bit longer than we had hoped but it all worked out. The delivery went well. It wasn’t too difficult to put together by one person. Again, overall we are very pleased with our purchase and recommend this company and their products."
"This bed looks nice but it was a bit confusing to set up, we forgot to put the long rails (it came in a separate box) and got carried away following directions to jam the hole covers in which are NOT easy by any means to take back out lol user mistake I suppose but I still think the directions should be for what you ordered. Problem is this is a bed that can be made into a bunk bed as well which I didn’t realize when ordering. All the wooden hole covers stick out in a way that bothers me a bit but as a whole the bed is sturdy and no crazy smells so ultimately I’m happy with my purchase, there’s room underneath to add a roll out bed in the future or just storage space."
