*** SHIPPING PROMOTIONS ***
Due to factors that affect freight shipping requirements, orders containing only case goods (such as dressers, nightstands, desks & bookcases) do not qualify for free shipping promotions and will incur standard shipping charges ($49 - $350). Case goods ordered along with qualifying items such as beds and bed combinations qualify for free shipping promotions.

Maxtrix delivers anywhere within the continental U.S. Here's what to expect once you place your order:

PROCESSING
Once we receive your order, it typically takes 5 business days for processing, picking & packing before it ships from our warehouse in South Carolina. A text or email shipping notification is sent when your order ships. Expedited processing + shipment is available (select during checkout).

TRANSIT
Most Maxtrix Kids orders are required to ship via freight (large furniture items cannot be shipped UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS). The freight delivery process differs significantly from small package deliveries.

Freight transit times vary based on delivery destination. The further from our warehouse & freight carrier hub in the Carolinas, the longer the transit time. East Coast destinations typically take 10-15 business days. Orders shipping to the Mid West, West Coast and Rural areas should anticipate 15-20 business days transit time. Please note all transit times are estimates only. Due to the nature of the freight shipping process, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

Once your shipment arrives in your local area; the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery times are generally Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

*Maxtrix furniture components are made from solid hardwoods and can be heavy - we recommend having 2 adults present to carry items into your home. Depending upon the size of your order, shipments may come on a pallet.

FREIGHT SHIPPING METHODS
Standard Outside - Your order will be delivered to the first dry area outside of the home. A delivery appointment will be scheduled in advance & signature is required at time of delivery. This method is delivery only, no additional services are included.

Threshold - Your order will be delivered into the first door of your choice (garage, inside front door or porch)A delivery appointment will be scheduled in advance & signature is required at time of delivery. This method is delivery only, no additional services are included.

* BEYOND POINT DELIVERY (BPD):  In some cases, our freight carriers may deem a certain area, based on location, to be a 'beyond point' or 'remote' delivery location'. This is because the freight carrier does not perform regular deliveries in these areas and as a result, an additional fee will be applied..

BACKORDERS
Items that are temporarily out of stock and expected to be back in stock within 30 days are available for backorder or pre-order. 

All orders ship complete; so any order containing a backordered item or component will only ship once the backordered item is available. Tracking information and order status will be provided once the completed order ships. Any material changes to the expected in-stock dates of backordered items will be communicated to the customer. Orders may be modified or canceled at any time before shipment.
