With solid hardwood construction from aspen, maple, and birch, this mid-size loft bed is extremely sturdy and durable. Built for longevity, this wooden loft bed has a timeless, convertible design as your needs change with the help of our Custom Design Team. This mid loft bed comes in a variety of sizes to accommodate sleepers of all ages and sizes. This solid wood loft bed makes a great addition to any bedroom, with various finishes and headboard and footboard options to suit any style.

Exceptional Underbed Height: With an underbed height of 44.25 inches, the space under this kids’ loft bed offers endless possibilities, whether it’s a homework center, lounge area, storage solution, or art studio.
Mid-Size Loft Bed Benefits: As its name suggests, this loft bed’s height sits between the low and high loft bed heights, perfect for kids who need extra underbed space without being too close to the ceiling.
Durable and Wobble-Free: Constructed from solid hardwoods like maple, aspen, and birch, this lofted bed frame provides the best in durability and longevity. Patented Rock Lock™ technology secures the bed and prevents wobbling.
Sleep Safely: With a weight limit ranging from 800 pounds for twin and full bed sizes to 2,000 pounds for twin XL and queen bed sizes, industry-leading 16” guardrails, and low-VOC finishes for cleaner indoor air, keep everyone sleeping safe and sound.  
Configurable Ladder Options for Any Space: Choose either the straight ladder that sits flush against the loft bed or the angled ladder with handrail. With the flexibility to position the ladder on the front or end, this loft bed can fit in spaces of all shapes and sizes. Ladder options will change the bed’s dimensions based on type and placement.  The angled ladder extends 31.25”, and the straight ladder extends 4” from the bed.
A Bed No One Will Outgrow: When it's time for a change, our Custom Design Team can help you reconfigure this bed into a new bed that better suits your changing needs. The possibilities are endless through our Maxtrix modular system, with many available styles, from bunk beds to quadruple bunk beds to standard single beds.
Dimensions: Twin loft bed measures 80” L x 42.5” W x 61.5” H. Twin XL loft bed measures 84” L x 42.5” W x 61.5” H. Full loft bed measures 80” L x 57.5” W x 61.5” H. Queen loft bed measures 84” L x 64” W x 61.5” H. Your choice of ladder type and orientation will impact the overall footprint of this bed. The underbed height measures 44.25”. The minimum ceiling height for this bed is 8 feet.

"We couldn’t be happier with the Maxtrix Low Loft Bed with stairs! My son absolutely loves it — it’s become his favorite spot to sleep, play, and hang out. The stairs are a game changer compared to a ladder, especially for younger kids. They feel so much safer and sturdier, and I love the added storage space they provide. The quality is excellent — very solid, well-made, and clearly built to last. It also looks beautiful in his room and gives us so much more usable space underneath for play and organization. Overall, this bed has been such a great investment for both function and style, but most importantly, seeing how excited my son is about it makes it 100% worth it. Highly recommend!"

"Please fix the terrible shipping service. No tracking informariom and no communication for 4 weeks aftee the order. Them called to schedule a delivery date and time window 9am-1pm. Never showed up, and then rescheduled at 12:45 for different day."

"Great loft bed, my kid loves it! The instructions could have been clearer / better labeled. Shipping also took quite long, which wasn't clear when we ordered, but delivery worked out well eventually. Overall great quality and study bed."

"I like a lot of things about this bed, primarily that it is hardwood and seems quite sturdy. The only thing I wish I'd been more aware of is that because all of these beds can be adapted to different styles, the frames have lots of small holes for hardward. They do come with plugs but it makes for a funny look when the bed is simply a basic bed. I'd imagined the kids using these into adulthood and while they'll suffice for a while, I do think at some point they will want a cleaner looking bed."

11 year old finally able to sleep

"My 11 year old absolutely adores their high loft bed. It is beautiful and sold construction. You cannot beat the price for the level of quality. Assembly was not so bad but it did take a few days of putting it together piece by piece. My only complaint was that the instructions for the full (high loft) bed did not exist and so we had to use the twin, which did not indicate the very much needed metal support bar. Only dawned on me that the support bar was needed when assembly 6 year olds twin bed and had to talk to support to figure out a way to attached the metal support bar without disassembling the whole bed. Overall we did it and wow-what a nice bed!"
