With 4 extra inches of length compared to a standard twin bunk bed, this solid wood bunk bed easily accommodates growth spurts and longer limbs while still fitting in smaller spaces. Constructed from solid hardwoods like maple, aspen, and birch, each twin XL bed is durable and strong, supporting 2,000 pounds per bed (as supported by internal testing). Featuring different height options to find the best fit for your space, this heavy-duty twin XL bunk bed is versatile enough for all spaces and ages. The stacked design is a space-saving way to sleep two comfortably and through our Maxtrix modular system, completely reconfigurable for the future. Enjoy a premium bunk bed that supports parents, pets, and kids—all at the same time.

Ideal Bed for Growing Kids: With the extra 4 inches of length provided by the twin XL size, this solid wood bunk bed is perfect for growing kids, teens, and even adults. Stacked bunk bed design saves valuable floor space to sleep more bodies.
Configurable for Your Space: Choose either the straight ladder that sits flush against the wooden bunk bed frame or the angled ladder with handrail. With the flexibility to position the ladder on the front or end, this twin XL bunk bed frame can fit in spaces of all shapes and sizes. The angled ladder* extends 31” from the bed for low bunk beds, 32.25” for medium bunk beds, and 34.5” for high bunk beds, and straight ladder measures 4” from the bed.
Durable with Endless Possibilities: Constructed from solid hardwoods like maple, aspen, and birch, this twin XL over twin XL bunk bed provides the best in durability and longevity. Patented Rock Lock™ technology secures the bed and prevents wobbling. Simply “unlock” and easily convert it into another style.
Sleep Safely: High 16” industry-leading guardrails, a 2,000-pound weight capacity per bed (as supported by internal testing), and clean, low-VOC finishes for cleaner indoor air keep everyone sleeping safe and sound.
A Bed No One Will Outgrow: When it's time for a change, our Custom Design Team can help you reconfigure this bed into a new bed that better suits your changing needs. The possibilities are endless through our Maxtrix modular system, with many available styles, from loft beds to quadruple bunk beds to standard single beds.
Storage and Sleepovers Solutions: Add a trundle bed* for hosting sleepovers or storage drawers to keep the room neat and organized. This twin XL bunk bed with storage not only provides a space to rest but space to store clothes without taking up extra room. 
A Bunk Bed Height for Everyone: Low bunk beds are ideal for younger kids and rooms with lower ceilings. Medium bunk beds are the best of both worlds with more space between bunks and accommodate younger and older kids. High bunk beds have the most space between bunk beds and are perfect for big kids, teens, and adults.
Dimensions: Low bunk bed measures 84” L x 42.5” W x 61.5” H with 32.25” between each bunk. Medium bunk bed measures 84” L x 42.5” W x 66.25” H with 37” between each bunk. High bunk bed measures 84” Lx 42.5” W x 70.75” H with 41.75” between each bunk. Your choice of ladder type and orientation will impact the overall footprint of this bed. The minimum ceiling height for this bed is 8 feet.

*Note: Maxtrix trundles are not compatible with bunk beds with an angled ladder on the front.
