Excellent sturdy full bunk for

"Excellent sturdy full bunk for our growing kids. Easily supports adults too. We were missing one small bag of wood screws that company shipped to us and we did have to call once in putting it together (2 people took most of a day). I wish there were one single packet and not multiple assembly guides for each item, as assembly was a little more confusing and time consuming than anticipated. Still a great product though we would buy again. Looks beautiful and it seems better made than flimsier cheaper alternatives we considered."

"I purchased a set of xl twin bunks (high). The workmanship is superb quality; this is a really beautiful piece of furniture! Assembly took most of a day from unpacking the boxes to finished, ready-to-sleep in condition. The pieces were very well packed, meaning lots of packing material, so I would recommend unpacking in a different room from where you intend to assemble the bed, to make staging it all easier. Assembly was very straightforward because we started by watching the assembly videos on the maxtrix website. I highly recommend these! The video explanations were much clearer than the instruction booklets. The only part that was really confusing was adding the metal support bar. This was not addressed in the instructions, since the instructions were for a regular twin bed but the bar is introduced for xl and queen sizes, and we purchased xl twin. We wasted a lot of time figuring it out, doing it wrong, redoing it…. in the end we did not add the metal bar for the top bed of the set because we thought it would make the bed too heavy to lift up into position. This is the absolute most sturdy bunk set I’ve ever seen and it will be in our family for a long time!"

"Everything arrived on a pallet in good condition. There were a lot of pieces to assemble, but instructions were fairly easy to follow and it came together to be rock solid! Our 3-year-old twin granddaughters love it and it is now their personal jungle gym as well as sleep center!"

"We are very happy with the bed and our kids love it. The assembly was straightforward and the bed is quite sturdy. The only issue was with the delivery company, they missed the delivery window multiple times and one of the bed ends was delivered damaged, however the company sent out a new one."

"I don’t normally write reviews, but I decided that I have to for this product. You never know what the quality will be like of an unassembled bed that you order over the internet. It is amazing! We had two of the construction guys that were building our new condo assemble it. They were extremely impressed too and said it was the best quality of bed that they had assembled. I promise you, you will love it! The queen bed with twin XL bunk and trundle is extremely cool! We got it so a whole family can sleep there or multiple grandkids."

We absolutely love this bed.

"We absolutely love this bed. The kids have had it a few months now and it has been such an excellent purchase. We got the high bunk with drawers, panel and even the tray for the top bunk. The only negative I can say is that the assembly was much more of a hassle than it should have been. Tho I understand why. Each box has its own set of instructions because you can buy things separately to customize. But it does complicate things. My suggestion would be to gather all the instructions from every box and compare so you know when to add specific pieces in during the build. Luckily my husband is strong and I am small because I had to have my husband lift the finished bunk bed up while I slid under the bed to insert a side panel that should have been installed early on lol. Our fault. Same with the drawer install, I was under the bed for that too. Just too many packets of instructions to look at so it made it easy to miss a step here or there. That being said, it is absolutely the best quality, sturdy bed we have purchased. We are very pleased."
