We purchased this bed for our daughter a few weeks ago. We are very happy with our choice. The bed is very solid and sturdy which is difficult to find for tall beds like these. The legs are thick and the "connection" worked really well. The desk is big, and the drawers are great quality. We placed it against the wall and she added some artwork to dress it up - it looks great in her room.
I purchased this mattress for my son's bunk bed and I am very happy with it. It's low so it's great for safety, but still really comfy to sleep on. Love the plush ticking and quality finish - it looks and feels like an adult mattress.
Bought this bed for my 8 year old - he has never spent so much time in his room. Happy with the quality and sturdiness in particular. Really like that we can change the bed later when he does not want to slide out of bed anymore.
very cute and girly bed, but feels solid and great quality. Took us a while to put together, but not really a problem in the end. like that we can adjust the bed as she grows up! very happy with this purchase.
Our son't bedroom is on the small side so we were looking for a bed that has additional storage. After researching many options we decided to go for the "box" from maxtrix. We are so glad we did - very solid and sturdy quality, and we love that we can change the pieces out over time. The wood is very beautiful...definitely eye catching when you walk into his room. The drawers are large and great quality too - should last him a long time. very happy overall, definitely would recommend!
very solid - daughter loves it!
When my son started school we wanted to change up his room so he would have a great place to study and stay organized. This combination works great, and saves a lot of space in his room. When he is done with homework he simply rolls the desk back under the bed! Love it!
We love our new corner triple bunk from Maxtrix! We were looking for a solution for our 3 boys, and this bed is definitely it. Space is used perfectly, and we added a dresser under it to create even more storage. It's rock solid and great quality, and it looks really impressive in their room. Now they can't wait to show their room to anybody walking in the door.
My kids share a relatively small room, so we were looking for a loft solution to maximize the space. This bed is great - both my children can sleep upstairs and there is tons of space underneath. We added 2 long desks with drawers underneath so now we have the perfect sleeping and homework quarters in one. We are very happy with this purchase!
My kids love their Maxtrix Loft beds. This corner model worked great for their room, and they finally have enough space to put their clothes and toys. They particularly like their staircase with fully functioning drawers inside - the best!
We have been looking for a long time for the perfect way to fit our kids into the same room and add some space for guests and sleepovers too. This bed is perfect! Both boys sleep on the upper bunk and we have a great spot for guests or snuggle on the bottom bunk. Love using the corner in this way.
This was a big birthday present for my daughter ...but she absolutely loves it. Very happy with this purchase!
Purchased for my daughter 3 years ago and she LOVES it. Putting it together is a chore, but the folks at Maxtrix have a good letter going over the fine points of getting it together. 5 Stars!
My kids love this bed. I actually got it for my 2.5yo daughter who is high energy (I know it says it's for like 6yo's but...). She loves climbing all over this. I left her crib mattress underneath in the fort part, and have the twin on top. Sometimes she sleeps on top, sometimes she sleeps on the crib mattress or floor underneath. I got the angled slide with the handrail because she is quite young so I wanted her to have something to hold on to. We've had it 4 months now and no problems at all, she has never fallen. She actually likes to climb up the slide and come down the steps of course.
I assembled it myself, the instructions are a little confusing and I accidentally opened all the boxes before seeing "Open this first", but I figured it out.
My only complaint is about the colored panels to make the tent part: They are on stick-on velcro strips and the sticky part is not as strong as the velcro. So my daughter will pull it off and the entire strip un-sticks. I'm tempted to drill or nail the velcro strip on so it will stay up better. It's really cute though, all her friends love it too.
The look on our 3yr olds face when she saw her new castle bed! This is an awesome bed. She loves that it is a loft and has a slide. I love that there is space to put toys and play underneath (so doe she). I love the rails and feel she is safe in the bed. So glad we surged for quality.
We purchased the loft bed to create more space in our child's room. We were very pleased when the materials were delivered to see that it was high-quality wood.
It took about 3 hours to assemble but the directions were easy to follow.
I would highly recommend this loft bed!
My son loves this bed. It matches the one his big brother has had for 7 years and both are quality. They love their private play spaces under the beds as well as sleeping up high. My husband and I put it together ourselves and it wasn't too difficult.
My daughters love sleeping and playing in their loft beds. They are beautiful and well made. We got them the under curtains and the top tent. It is a bit of a hassle to make the beds though, but it is worth it since my daughters love them. I am 5 ft tall and they have the mid size loft, which is too tall for me to make. And it's hard for me to get up the ladder, so I keep a 3 step ladder in their room which I use to make the beds. When I change the sheets, I do have to get into the bed to do so, so if you have the tent up top, that makes it a bit harder. If you didn't have the top tent, it may be easier to take the mattress down, change the sheets, and put it back. Which could be considered a bit of a project depending on the weight of your mattress. We bought tuft and needle 10 inch twin mattresses which fit nicely and give a little over 6 inches from the bed rail. My daughters are 3 and 6 years old. Being it was their first time in a raised bed, I was worried about my younger one at first glance, but she has been fine and no one has fallen out. The top tent really stops them from jumping around up top, but if you are not getting the top tent, you may want to get a low profile mattress. We were unhappy with the quality of the ones sold on the site, but fortunately Maxtrixkids customer service was excellent and gave us a full refund. You must contact them within the time indicated. My girls love playing under these beds. They set up all their doll furniture underneath and we put LED rope colored lighting underneath which makes it even more fun for them at night. And one more helpful hint, I wouldn't go crazy with expensive bedding, you're not really going to see it if you have a top tent, and if you don't have a top tent, I wouldn't suggest a thick comforter.
I researched quite a bit on loft beds and was very selective in which bed to purchase for our 5-year old daughter. I found many loft beds for half the cost, however the reviews and quality were not to my standards. I not only wanted a bed that I knew would be safe, but one that would last. The maxtrix system is high quality, high value, and completely worth the cost. My daughter has had her bed since January 2017 and she loves it. She plays dolls underneath as this has created a bonus play area. We even added lights for underneath. We could not be happier with our choice to purchase this product. We are looking forward to purchasing another maxtrix when our son gets older.
My 14 year old daughter had a vision for how she wanted her "teen-ager" room to look and this filled the bill. It is very solid and seems to be good quality all around. The delivery service brought all the boxes in, carried them up the stairs, and unboxed everything. Be aware that there are seperate instruction sheets for each box and make sure you keep the separate box items in separate piles with the instructions for that pile or you will have problems when it comes time to assemble. The instructions were a little tricky to follow, but my husband and I managed to put the bed together ourselves in under 4 hours. I like the fact that she can convert this to a standard full size bed when she tires of the novelty of the loft as she gets older. It should last her well into adulthood.
P. S. You‘re gonna love it as much as your kids do!
