The quality and customer service is great. I think some of the instruction should be clearer. For example, the footboard instruction was unclear. There were so many variations. I think the picture of the footboard should come first and then the instructions, especially since there was other hardware that wasn’t applicable. One of the pegs on a panel to the underbed storage wasn’t placed correctly. We were sent a replacement immediately. Otherwise, the bed was easy to put together, similar to how easy it was to putting up our 1st Loft bed with slide and ladder. Our 1st experience is the reason we selected to return to Maxtrix for a larger bed. The material is sturdy and feels very solid and safe.
For my granddaughter - Looks lovely in my guest room
I needed a bed for the guestroom when my granddaughter comes to visit. I purchased this bed off the website and got it within 3 weeks. Very solid and heavy quality. Looks beautiful in the room - just what I was looking for.
